Drip irrigation is the best way watering the plants if water wastage needs to be avoided. Drip watering is ideal for huge lawns and gardens. There is a long pipe with holes placed at intervals in order to water the plants and trees. These holes emit small drops throughout the day. This completes the quota of water required as well as prevents any wastage of water. Apart from drip irrigation, sprinklers are used as water saving alternative. Sprinklers are perfect for water lawns. Sprinklers emit low amounts of water but with great force. This is enough for the small grass blades in the lawn.
