Try to execute your plan as per as possible. But don't take it seriously if you failed to do so. You don't need to do everything yourself just to prove something. Plan your day in advance. If possible make list of the things, which are important to be done. Break your day up - and make sure that you plan your breaks in advance. Plan out for other works like shopping. If you think going to market is not necessary then you can go for online shopping. Organize your housework chores and do them efficiently and quickly. Take some time for personal entertainment like watching TV or things you love to do. But never mixed things together. Do every work in systematic manner. Take help of other members of family. Plan your schedule according to them so that they can offer you maximum help. Make plans for not only for a day but also for a week so that you can work on it accordingly. Plan according to your ability. Do not try to do something forcefully. Discuss your plan with other members of the family and make adjustment if required. There is no hard and fast rule. Things that work for other family may not work for you and vice versa.
